We want you to be 100% satisfied. Here's how returns and refunds work:

1. Cooling-Off Period (Change of Mind)

You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for any reason. The item must be unused, in original condition, and returned within 14 days after your return request.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Contact us via TikTok "My Shopping" or email us at info@aizalia.com. You can also use the TikTok-provided return portal.

3. Return Shipping

• Change of mind: TikTok Drop-off return is free.
• Faulty/Incorrect items: We cover the return shipping cost.

4. Refund Eligibility

We will refund the full item price + standard delivery charges (not express). If you used “Ship‑by‑Seller,” the full shipping fee will also be refunded.

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Personalised items
• Opened hygiene items (e.g. cosmetics, if seal broken)

6. Faulty or Incorrect Products

Please report within 48 hours of delivery. We will offer a full refund, repair, or replacement based on your preference.

7. Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received, your refund will be issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
